It was a cash deal from an estate, dealing with 1031 money, and I was rushing to do the deal as quickly as possible.   Tammy Gildersleeve is one of the most competent, hard-working and personable people I have ever had the pleasure of working with in real estate. She treats both the agents and our clients like they were her family. She knows every aspect of every transaction and is always prepared to answer any question asked of her.
