(February 27, 2019, 5:35 pm)I have followed Jason Brown for the past 3 stores he was at. I love the customer service he provided and he keeps my family safe on the road. I have NEVER had such excellent customer service from a car place in my life. He takes his time and explains things I don't understand (with me being a female who has no clue about cars) and keeps going until I understand. He is VERY professional and caring and he is honest about the work that needs to be done compare to the work that can wait because of my financial status. I am a family of 4- all of us have our own cars and Jason has taken care of us for over 14 years. I know I can trust him and his work. Without Jason I'm not sure what I do. Thank you Jason for all that you do. You make Bob Sumerel a great place to come. As my son would say...Jason you ROCK...thanks dude.
