(March 30, 2019, 11:35 pm)Chris Winkelmann was recommended by a friend but I was hesitant to even get a free quote—I hate change and had the same insurance agent for 25+ years. We were building a new house so we decided to price out our insurance. Not only did the Winkelmann Agency offer the best pricing but it was also the best experience. Chris, and the rest of the staff we worked with, laid out our options and made some recommendations but we never felt pressured or like we were being over sold on anything. We would recommend to anyway just to call and see what they can do for you.
Also, unfortunately we have had a couple auto claims. Everything went extremely smooth and we really appreciated the help Chris and his staff gave us in walking through the process and working with non-local State Farm contacts to get everything taken care of.
