  Celeste has helped me pick out the best life insurance policy that fits me and made it extremely easy to understand to go forward. She is always there when I have questions and makes sure I don't leave until I understand everything. I highly recommend Christy Jacob's State Farm if you are looking at different policies!

  I was in a horrible car accident recently and didn’t know what to do next. Thank god Christie Jacobs Gehring and Celeste Sperry handled everything for me and put my mind at ease in such a traumatic situation. Celeste kept me very informed every step of the way and Christy went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

  AMAZING. Truly the best customer serve you can imagine. I broke down on the side of the highway and Andrea stayed on the phone with me for a half hour keeping me company and entertained until the truck got there. I was reimbursed as soon as I got the receipt in. I truly wish I could give them more than five stars.

  Christy and her staff provide very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly service! On my most recent visit, I met with Jennifer Schaffer and discussed whether to file a claim for auto body repairs, or to pay for the repairs out-of-pocket. Jennifer recommended that I file a claim, as doing so would save me money, even if State Farm raised my insurance premiums, and she filed the claim right then and there. She told me that if I used one of State Farm's auto body vendors, the claims process would be easier and State Farm would guarantee the work. She found an auto body vendor near my home, and I took her advice. Everything went very smoothly, and she followed up with me after the repairs were completed to make sure I was satisfied.
  
  I've been using Christy's State Farm office for over 20 years. I started with just auto insurance, then added other insurance as my needs grew. Christy and her staff have suggested insurance products that they thought would help me, and I never felt pressured to add insurance that I did not need. I have been very happy with their service, and I will not go anywhere else for insurance!
