(July 16, 2019, 3:11 pm)I knew the Massoudis before they began their Painesville State Farm business. They are two of my closest friends whom I consider to be family. Because of this, I knew I could trust them with my life insurance needs and questions. Inside of work and going beyond our established friendship, they treated me professionally. Cyrus answered all of my questions and explained all of my different options in terms I could understand. Let’s face it, who knows all of that insurance jargon?! Not me! So, it was extremely helpful that I was given choices and was made clear as to what my future payment plan would look like, as well as what a policy cash-out would look like if (Heaven forbid) my family ever needed the benefits of my life insurance policy. Even if you are considering picking up some type of insurance policy, the least you can do is call Cyrus and ask questions. Helping you become knowledgeable about your insurance rights and responsibilities as a citizen is a huge part of the Massoudi business. You won’t regret contacting Cyrus Massoudi State Farm, and if you do sign a policy with them, you will have an even deeper peace of mind.
(June 27, 2019, 4:28 pm)My wife and I had a meeting with Cyrus and his wife, Michelle the other day to go over a few of our policies. I found Cyrus to be very personable and knowledgeable. You could tell that he and his wife truly care for and about their clients! On a side note, I had a bit of a cough when we visited their office. I think I cleared my throat twice and Michelle was there with a cold bottle of water! It may not seem like much, but to me that bit of kindness spoke volumes! I would recommend this family owned business to anyone!!

Well I just have to say that I recently had a unfortunate accident and 3 weeks into the claims process I was struggling with the other insurance company involved. I made one call to Cyrus Office, and even with Cyrus out of the office Paul & Charlie were extremely helpful. Keep up the good work guys. Thanks
(March 25, 2019, 3:09 pm)Cyrus was amazing to work with. Not only did he answer my millions of questions but was patient and I never once felt rushed or that I was taking up too much of his time. He was able to provide more coverage (auto and home) for about the same price as I've been paying with another insurance co. and also set up my family of 5 with life insurance policies. Not only was Cyrus very personable and easy to work with he went the extra mile and came to my home to finish up paperwork. Anybody looking for insurance Cyrus is your guy!
