  My husband and I take our cars here all the time. We regularly get oil changes and they help us keep on task with regular maintenance. They are honest - that is important to me to be able to trust the people that work on our cars. Anytime there has been a problem (few times) they always make it right! We have AAA and we get a AAA discount off of oil changes and any labor.

  I brought them new bulbs in the box I had ordered for my car. They said I bought wrong bulbs. They didn't return my bulbs that I paid $75 for.. they ripped me off on some brake work also.. said they replaced a caliper, turns out they didnt.. I used to go here all the time until I found out how they were ripping me off. Do not go to this location. Both Mikes that work here are not honest people.. spend your money elsewhere, trust me.

  Mike Lee and the guys are awesome! If you want great service, done right, at a fair price go see Mike. I was back on the road the same day! Highly recommended!

  Bob Sumerel in Harrison, Ohio is truly the best repair and service shop that I have ever been to. These guys are honest, fast and get the job done right! I would recommend them to anyone that I know. I will never go to another set of mechanics. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!

  A few month's ago my husband took my car in to them because the headlight was out and the entire front end of the car had to be removed to change them - so because of the labor cost we had them change both lights. Needless to say, I was very frustrated when this week BOTH lights went out. I took it back, and not only were they pleasant, gave great customer service, but they fit us in the next day, and replaced the lights again for no charge. Michael Lee was very helpful, and worked with the other staff to ensure we had a great experience at their shop. I will most definitely return to them for other issues that may arise. Great Job Guys, and Thanks so much!
