I valued the integrity and candor Billy demonstrated during our meeting. He clearly explained the coverages my current policies provided (non-State Farm) and showed me where I was underinsured. He was candid about benefits my current policies afforded, while laying out the benefits of switching to State Farm. There was no pressure to make a sale. Billy values providing quality insurance as a service to his community, rather than a sales goal. Highly recommend!

I had the opportunity to sit down with Billy Tecklenburg today to go over my current auto, renter’s, and life insurance, and compare it to what it would be with State Farm. He not only got me a better deal on all three, he also gave a very thorough breakdown and helped me understand all the changes that were being made and made sure I was comfortable with them. He makes you feel like you’re their only customer and gives you that level of attention throughout the process. He not only showed the numbers, he did a great job of humanizing them and gave real life examples behind them to make it more personal for the person making the decision. While I wasn't unhappy in my current insurance policy with another company, I didn't realize I was under-insured and overpaying until I called Billy!
