(April 15, 2019, 1:43 pm)The Portale agency is the only place I will keep my insurance needs. All states pricing is competitive for their quality of products and services. Their claims team had me turned around from claim submitted to payment in my account in 24 hours! This was with an easy to use all online claims process. In addition to Allstate as a provider the Portale agency's customer service, proactive thinking and wealth of insurance knowledge is second to none. After removing a car from my policy and adding another, I was over charged for 3 months of the vehicle that should no longer be on there. They were prompt in providing me a credit, onto my next months bill (auto pay). Any situation that has arose in my tenure with Portale agency, they have always treated it as if it was their only priority, and with the a fantastic customer centric mindset. Insurance is a service that hopefully you rarly need to use, but know you can rely on when you do. Portale agency is a provider you can trust.
