I've had my laptop insured with Safeware for a little over three years and I have filed two claims with them. Most recently, I needed to file my second claim because my laptop crashed unexpectedly. The day I called to file the claim, they immediately found me someone to fix my laptop and sent me a free shipping label to send my laptop to the contractor. The contractor frequently communicated with me regarding the status of my order and went above and beyond to fix not only issues I said needed fixing, but also issues about which I didn't even ask but that still needed to be fixed. My laptop came back in perfect condition. My only critiques are that (1) it took 3.5 weeks for the whole process to be completed and that (2) the first claim I filed was not fully addressed (i.e., there were still some things I requested to be fixed that were not fixed when I received my laptop back). Nonetheless, I would still recommend Safeware and will likely use them again to insure new laptops I purchase.
TLDR; Safeware is a great company through which to obtain insurance on your laptop as long as you are able to (1) find an interim laptop to use for a month, and (2) assertively and frequently call them to reiterate what you need fixed. I would highly recommend Safeware.
I purchased a protection plan through Safeware at Weekends Only Furniture store. I had damaged to my table due to a get together I had, and they did a great job at following up with me and resolving the damage. I would highly recommended them!
Thankfully I purchased an extended warranty from Safeware. I filed a claim on a piece of furniture the warranty covered and unfortunately the claim was denied. I questioned the decision and within one day the Senior Operations Manager, Solutions Center, Mr. Matthew Morris, who researched my claim and came to a resolution. Not many companies would work to make the customer happy but in this case, within one day, my issue was resolved. I am very very happy with the prompt and efficient way Safeware handled this matter.
I want to commend Safeware for outstanding service regarding a warranty claim on an easy chair that I submitted. Mr. Diallo, who processed my claim provided a prompt, but comprehensive response. I greatly appreciate his and the efforts of your company.

While in the US, a customer can simply call Safeware at 1-800-800-1492. If out of the country, they can still obtain service, but will be required to pay for the shipping back to an authorized service center in the US.
First call the Safeware Solution Center at 800-800-1492. Then you will be mailed a shipping box and return label with instructions for you to ship your failed product to a designated repair facility. Return postage of your repaired product is covered by the plan.
