A series of three silly mistakes I had made with my new car caused State Farm to drop me like a hot potato, regardless of my flawless 51-year driving history. Al Washington and Erie Insurance took me on, and I shall be forever grateful. (Haven't had any issues at all since I was accepted under Erie's umbrella, but I know they'll be there if/when I ever need them.) Their stellar reputation preceded them when I chose to switch to Al Washington's team and Erie Insurance.
