They were very easy to work with, prompt with responses, and generous with their support! Very happy to represent American Family Insurance as a local athletic team!
(December 27, 2018, 3:36 pm)Our agent, Howard Jones, did an excellent job with explaining the insurance plans, helping us set up an insurance plans that’s great for our family, and was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had throughout the entire process. He has made switching insurance companies much easier, and eliminated much of the hassle for us! I would definitely recommend American Family Insurance, and in particular my agent, Howard Jones.
