I have always appreciated the ability to call and "talk to a human being" in a time when everything seems so digitized and automated that for anyone over 50, it's no fun at all. Neverman has kept the personal touch (Thank You, Patti) for us and it is appreciated.

When I called on Neverman insurance agency with a claim. it was done friendly, quickly and without stress. I would highly recommend this agency to friends and family.

The gal I mostly deal with, Patti, is the best! She has walked with me through several difficult situations with knowledge, professionalism, patience and kindness. Now as an adult, one of my sons has also gone with Neverman Insurance Agency for his auto coverage. I highly recommend them!
(May 21, 2019, 11:06 am)My boyfriend and I were recommended to Neverman Insurance Agency when we purchased our new home at the end of last year. We were told they were the best around and boy they weren't kidding! Our agent, Wally Rekstis, is absolutely wonderful. He's very helpful when it comes to any information we need. He's very thorough in any explanation and even found us a couple of discounts along the way. I've never had a bad experience with Wally, even when I purchased a car on a Sunday and needed quick assistance. Everyone goes above and beyond and the effort is greatly appreciated from us!
