Lance is probably the best thing that has happened to my budget. I had been shopping around for insurance for MONTHS and was getting no cheaper rates. I tried all of the big companies, all of the little companies and even friends in the industry even my local Allstate agent. My phone rang one day and I honestly answered by mistake. It was Lance from the Strongsville office (80 miles away). He offered to look into the quotes I had already received. I figured it didn't cost me anything if he wanted to waste his time...this guy...came back in less than 5 minutes with a quote I honestly thought was fake...for a minute I thought I was getting scammed...it was legit...He saved me more than $400 a year on my homeowners insurance and kept my auto policy the same as it was at Geico even with my "longtime customer discount". I can not express enough how good this guy is. He beat out every other company and agent I had talked to by HUNDREDS of dollars and I felt no pressure to start the policy. He worked with me every step of the way and even offered to help me on his off day. Call/go to this office, ask for Lance, save some money. Pretty simple!!
