I've had to file a claim twice and I like that when you drop off your car they provide you with a rental at the same location. The claims rep calls you and emails you to keep you up to date on the repairs. They make sure repairs are completed within two weeks and make sure you are happy with all the work done. They also offer a lifetime guarantee on the repairs for as long as you own the vehicle.
