A customer for many years, we have always been pleased with the quality of service provided by Zinc. Whether it is changing our policy, answering policy questions or needing assistance after an incident, the Zinc team has always provided superior customer service. We have been impressed with how quickly our calls and emails are returned, how thoroughly our questions are answered and how friendly and politely we have been treated. We highly recommend Zinc for all insurance needs.

Jeff makes sure to take the time to understand your circumstances and suggest coverage and an insurance carrier that fits them. They make sure to shop when it makes sense to ensure you are getting a great price and I have yet to find a better price for the same coverage whenever I've looked on my own.

Not only are they knowledgeable about their products they take a special interest in your needs in a way that I have not experienced at any other agency. They've also been super quick to answer any questions I have had. As an added bonus their office is truly a creative, hip space. I love Zinc!
