Mark Jochum insurance had been my choice for insurance for years. After moving back to Ohio from out-of-state, Im happy that my adult daughter, who continues to purchase her insurance from the Jochum’s, reminded me to call them.

Jochum Insurance as always provided my family with excellent service for over 20 +years. When my daughter was young and buying her first car. I contacted Jochum Insurance and had to leave a voicemail, before the paperwork was finalized, Mark called me back with all the necessary insurance information, saving her a ton . Mark and/or Joan has always handled my family's home, auto and renter's insurance needs. I am proud to say we are three generations of faithful and satisfied customers . They feel more like family than a service provider like must companies. It's like Mark and Joan knows each and everyone of you personally, which they do. I highly recommend Jochum Insurance for anyone with insurance needs. It doesn't hurt to call. I'm only sorry I can only give them 5 stars, so here's another +5 from me and my family.

Both you and Joan have gone over and above for me and for my husband with ANY questions, issues, problems no matter if it pertained to an issue we were having or just a question we had on something else, and you call back at all hours (24/7).My husband and I always tell people-especially after this last incident where the neighbor backed into my car, that Mark Jochum is MORE than just a insurance agent, he has been like family!
