After dealing with a different agent/organization that was slow rolling me when I had an immediate concern- this was a huge breathe of fresh air. Glad I chose this agency, they couldnt have been more helpful!
(June 1, 2018, 4:04 pm)I had been insured with the same company for forty two years and I had worked for that same company for thirty three years. I had never called another insurance company for a quote regarding any of my policies as I always felt the need to remain loyal to my employer. They kept raising my auto insurance premiums to the point where I felt compelled to check around.
I had always felt that Erie Insurance was a good company, so I made one phone call to the Stevens Insurance Agency in West Chester, Ohio. Initially, I talked to Jodi Stevens. She was very friendly as she obtained some basic information. She had Brent Morgan follow up with me shortly thereafter. Brent was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He obtained additional information and called me back to discuss the options for my insurance needs. Brent was able to save me over $500.00 on just my Auto Insurance! Wow, what a surprise. Guess I should have shopped around years ago. I will be moving my other policies to Stevens Insurance in the very near future.
I want to give special thanks to Brent for his outstanding work. He obviously understands the true meaning of “Customer Service”. I would highly recommend Brent Morgan and the Stevens Agency for your insurance needs.
