The accident was handled efficiently, which relieved a lot of stress from me. I love having such an amazing local team to handle all of my insurance needs. I highly recommend this agent!!
(February 18, 2019, 9:22 pm)The staff is amazing and in the midst of pure chaos (water in my home) is when I needed to call Kristen. The staff was calm, talked to me and walked me through every step I needed to take care of my problem. They continued to check in on me during the process of our ordeal and I never felt lost or alone. They answered all of my questions and guided me through difficult decisions. I cant thank them enough for all that they did for my family. A+ service I would recommend to everyone.

I’ve been contacted by so many departments who wanted to check on me and keep me updated throughout the entire process. I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service from any company before! I highly recommend working with Amy Nicholas, Michael Ruffin, and Kristen Daubenspeck Barger!
