  Busy does not equal bad service. Every interaction I’ve had in this office has been pleasant. Do I like to wait so long? No, who does? The service is excellent. The wait? Not so much.

  I have no problem when I us the service, friendly courteous and I always have my paper works so that helps out greatly, I can understand the frustration that people are having but with the phone system call the Raleigh main DMV office and Express your concerns, have the documentation you need and well everyone at the window situations are different than what yours could be so the wait time is going to vary so just be patient or they send you your renewal in the mail 45 days before expiration so do it on line but most wait last minute so no reason to blame the staff. Have a great day.

  Staff is always very friendly to me. If they can't help me, then it's usually because I haven't brought the correct paperwork. When I have everything in order, the process is painless and fast. There can be a long wait at times, but I imagine that's just as frustrating for them as it is for me.
