(June 28, 2019, 3:53 pm)The Juengel Agency assisted me with a vacancy policy on my vacation house as it was put on the market for sale. They were very helpful and prompt in getting the policy in force and proactively dealt with my mortgage lender to iron out some escrow snafus. When the house sold, cancellation of the policy was a breeze. Barb, especially, is always pleasant and efficient. So nice to find an agency that cares about service!
(June 7, 2019, 6:55 am)Very knowledgeable and personable, we are really pleased with the service. We met with Matt to review our insurance coverage to ensure we were adequately covered - we left with much higher rates of coverage, additional insurance we had been seeking, and are paying less than we were paying with our previous providers/rates. Matt was easy to talk to, very transparent in his process (he explained everything to us), and he patiently and clearly communicated with us terms and conditions that we didn't understand.
