(July 29, 2019, 9:59 am)I have always had great experience working with the Kris Yelverton - State Farm Insurance office in Vestal. They are prompt with addressing my questions and always friendly. I have the best auto and home insurance rates and they have worked with me to lower the cost. I am glad that I switched to State Farm over three years ago.

(July 3, 2019, 5:03 pm)I reached out to Kris Yelverton and his team to see if they could match my insurance or give me an even better price and he did!!! He was amazing and honestly saved me over $70 a month which is great! I have always been treated like a person and not just a number which truly means a lot to me. I was with my previous insurance company for 14 years and my insurance just kept increasing even though I had an amazing and clean driving record! So, if you are looking for a cheaper price and a place that will treat you like a person and nit just a number then call Kris Yelverton and his team, I guarantee you won't be disappointed. (June 27, 2019, 12:19 pm)I switched over to Yelverton a couple of years ago and have had a great experience ever since. When I switched, I ended up paying a lot less for car and renters insurance than what I was paying for just car insurance, and I got better coverage.
Everyone that I have dealt with at Yelverton has been very friendly and professional. Since the office is locally owned, I get a better sense that things will be taken care of in a timely manner if they arise, rather than having to call a 1800 number. They answer the phone within 2 or 3 rings. Definitely the best ins. company that I have been with.

Erica and Holly are both so friendly over the phone and know exactly what to do when I need help with something. It makes dealing with car insurance issues a breeze. I would recommend to anyone looking to change insurance.
