Mr. Pombo earned my complete respect the first time I met with him. I felt comfortable asking questions, and he answered in a way that I would understand.
Everyone here is friendly and patient. If one person can't give you the answer, they find the person who can. They return calls quickly. I can't emphasize enough how patient everyone in the office is. They feel a lot like family. I am truly grateful for all of the people there and help with my finances.

Very professional. I recommend this office to everyone. I always talk to Debbie. She is always ready to help and if she can't she send you to who can help you. Their is other staff in the office and when they are assisting me they have always been professional and helpful.
Rich took the time to speak to us personally. He helped us plan to get and stay Debt Free and begin to build a wealth managment program to fit our budget and our needs. That was two years ago. With his guidance we have avoided some major pitfalls and had the money to fix car problem, travel to family emergencies all while staying debt free and building substantial savings! The people in the office are very professional and knowledgeable. They explain options and allow you to choose your path.
