(July 12, 2019, 12:08 pm)Our A/C unit broke and had to be replaced, of course when temps were in the high 80s to low-mid 90s. I wasn't expecting to have coverage for it on our home owner's policy but I called Plymouth Rock Assurance just to check. To my surprise they offer such coverage! Every person I have dealt with regarding the claim, from the woman at Plymouth Rock that I made the claim with (I forget her name), to Matthew in the Claims Department, to Rosemarie who handled the claim processing for Hartford Steam Boiler, to Akin at Hartford Steam Boiler, to Dan with ALE Solutions that handled our hotel accommodations, has been professional, understanding, and extremely helpful and made the process as stress-free as they possibly could. Based on my experience with Plymouth Rock and the companies they work in conjunction with, I would highly recommend them.

Deanna is friendly, very knowledgeable and EXTREMELY accommodating. Deanna answers your telephone calls, texts and emails in a timely fashion, no matter the day or time. I highly recommend this agency for all your insurance needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else. You will not be disappointed!
(May 22, 2019, 11:17 am)Everything about them is absolutely wonderful. I spoke with Hailey and she was such a sweetheart. As a young adult getting car insurance on my own for the first time, i was very nervous and scared. She made me feel like I was speaking to my best friend and helped me to relax. I was not sure if I was going to be getting this insurance and I asked if she could call back, Hailey agreed and she called me at the exact time that she had promised me she would call. Hailey was very informative and she got me all the discounts that she could including one for good students. If I could give this insurance more than 5 stars I would.
