  THIS IS WHAT BANKING IS SUPPOSED TO BE LIKE. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY MOST DEFINITELY HAVE SET THE BAR HIGH. STARTING WITH THEIR BRANCH EMPLOYEES I MEAN ONG YOU JUST CANT GET ANY NICER. I DO NOT THINKNI HAVE EVER SEEN SO MANY PEOPLE IN ONE PLACE AT ANY GIVEN TIME OF THE DAY ALL GREETING YOU WITH SMILES AND GENUINELY WILLING TO HELP. FROM THEIR TELLERS ALL THE WAY UP THE RANK TO MANAGMENT EVERT SINGLE INDIVIDUAL IS AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT. I HAVE TO ADMIT I WAS VERY RELUCTANT TO MAKE THE SWITCH CONSIDERING IVE DEALT AND BANKED WITH MUCH LARGER COMMERCIALIZED BANKS I WAS WORRIED IF THEY WOULD MEASURE UP AND NOW I WISH I HAD MADE THE SWITCH SOONER. EVEN THO SANTANDER ISNT YOUR AVERAGE “Mom &Pop” SMALL BANK THEY TRULY CONDUCT BUSINESS AND CARE FOR EACH AND EVERY PERSON AS IF THEY WERE. The only DOWNSIDE is their inability to issue replacement Debit cards in branch as most banks are offering nowadays. HOPEFULLY IN THE NEAR FUTURE THEY WILL BE ABLE TO OFFER THAT SERVICE but IF THATS THE “CON” TO BANKING WITH THEM I GLADLY ACCEPT. I HOPE MY REVIEW (even tho unusually lengthy) HELPS THO OF YOU WHO ARE CONSIDERING MAKING THE SWITCH BUT ARE IN THE POSITION I WAS IN FEELING RELUCTANT TO GO AHEAD AND SWITCH OVER BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT WHATSOEVER

  such great employees that work at this place. It was the first time I've ever been to this location and I felt like they actually cared enough to even remember my name when they were helping me. All fall Banks were like this the banking industry would be a better place
