(August 16, 2019, 11:31 am)It was a great pleasure speaking to you about my ongoing claim issue regarding the subrogation process.. I was given advice from an attorney but it would have been costly to persue.
Due to your fine advise ,i did contact the company with greater sucess finding out the current claim status..
In addition i received good advice from you to what my coverage should be regarding Auto and home. Without be overly insured.

She always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her and would never dream of going anywhere else for my insurance needs.
Just an addendum 7 months later..Jean, the owner, directed me to speak with Erin to review and see if we were eligible for lower insurance rates. Erin was wonderful! She was patient, thorough and after a 20 minute conversation, was able to decrease our insurance by several thousand dollars. I highly recommend requesting to speak to her and re-evaluate your insurance costs.

(March 6, 2019, 4:19 pm)I am a new customer to this insurance group having met Lori at an event. I have known Jean for many years. Ironically, the day my appointment was scheduled I was in a car accident on the way there and the gentleman who hit me had State Farm Ins! I was also in the middle of a refi for my home. Lori handled everything with finesse and never batted an eye at my copious questions! Within an hour, my homeowners and car insurance were in place at all the appropriate loan sites! All for a lower price than I was paying.
She is not only bubbly, but efficient and unflappable!
