3rd time returning, this time to get my sr-22 coverage. Absolutely cut rate deals, done in minutes, sweetest staff, will always go above and beyond and ive never had one complaint. I was with an auto and home insurance company in Derry when I became an agent at New York Life and learned about the value of a mutual insurance company. I asked my P&C agent to look for a deal with a mutual insurance company that would be at least equivalent to the one I had with a publicly traded company. The agent said it wouldn't be worth the time and would probably be more expensive. It was about that time I joined a networking group and met Matt Barrett of Barrett Insurance.
I asked Matt to take a look at my auto and home policy to see whether he could do a better job with reputable mutual company. He did so. I saved $300 off the bat and then I was able to add umbrella coverage and still stay below my previous premium. My coverage is actually superior now.
When I call Matt, he answers the phone and has an answer for my questions. It's usually an answer I like. If it's not an answer I like, he does his best to address it fully. He goes above and beyond as an agent I trust, and I know he is watching my back to make sure I'm covered the way I need to be for the best available price with a highly-rated mutual company I can also trust.
