(July 18, 2019, 9:35 pm)BilliJo is hands-down the best insurance agent I have ever had! She has gone above and beyond in every possible way and has even worked some miracles! She has consistently been dedicated to finding me the very best deal on car insurance, once met me after hours in a convenient place to collect a late payment so my policy didn't get cancelled, has been amazingly caring and compassionate especially after a recent traumatic accident and has always been a friendly and knowledgeable voice on the other end of the phone. I cannot recommend Kapiloff Insurance and BilliJo Ogo highly enough!!
(April 14, 2019, 7:53 am)Any time there is a change, whether it is in a renewal of policy or the purchase of a car. It takes a simple email to our rep BilliJo and she right on top of it! My son was looking into a new vehicle, and I knew that Kapiloff would be closed by the time we went to the dealership and made a final decision. But because we wanted to be sure the vehicle would be insured if he opted to move forward with it, BilliJo called the manager and assured him the car would be covered and that she'd be sure the binder was sent first thing Monday morning. Needless to say he drove off the lot fully insured in his new rig Friday night, but ONLY because BilliJo help us to tend to this in advance. Thanks BilliJo! You are as ALWAYS.... simply amazing!
