Looks to me like three people had bad experiences with this company a year and a half ago (or one person logged on from three accounts...). I have been using them for years; their representatives when I've called have been courteous and helpful. When I made a claim, there were no hassles.

I used this company for over 15 years without a single claim. This January I had a pipe break in my home while I was away, (4 days). Lots of damage, lost my furnace and hot water heater in addition to water damage.
Ways to Pay. There are currently three methods to make premium payments: by sending a check back via mail with your bill stub, via online check, or by credit card. VCheck is the third party vendor that handles our online check payments. There is no fee to use this service, and payments are always posted on the next business day.
