Everyone in the office is ahhh-mazing but I've gotta give Shannon Greenwood major props! State Farm should be proud to have her on their team. Whenever I have a concern or need new insurance, I just send them an email and I always get a fast and friendly response from the staff. So convenient and easy! I get my car, home and business insurance from them and every time I add a plan, they send me a check since the price of the other plans go down. Having corresponded with the office before, I know that if I ever need to use the insurance, they will be extremely easy to deal with. Their prices are exceptional and seem to keep going down as I need more insurance. I give Mike Testa from State Farm and his staff my highest recommendation for any of your insurance needs!! Special thanks to Shannon Greenwood from the office for going above and beyond to help me keep up with all of my insurance needs!
(May 29, 2019, 6:51 pm)I walked in to Mike Testa's insurance company on a Friday probably 10 minutes before they were closing I waited like 30 seconds in lobby was helped right away but Shannan Greenwood she was so awesome very helpful as I've never had car insurance in my life. I ended up going through them on a weekend but didn't want to Because I wanted to talk to the same person but had to so I was a little worried Because I felt like she had helped me understand and the whole company was amazing not only Shannan made sure that I did the same things I wanted on that Friday and helped me get them corrected due to I couldn't explain to other person cause I didn't know how to amazing quotes best 1 out of all others thank you so much to all staff!!!!!!!
