(September 20, 2016, 12:34 pm)WOW is all I can say! I have had the best experience with Farmers Insurance-Allen Weaver agency. Their customer service and claims process is top notch. Unfortunately we've had a rough insurance year, first we had hail damage to our house, the entire process with the office and claims adjuster was outstanding. Then my car was involved in an accident, once again the entire process has went so smooth. If you are looking for new insurance-- call these guys!
(October 30, 2015, 3:41 pm)We recently moved to Nebraska from California and purchased a home. When we walked thru the agency door we were warmly greeted. The agent that helped us was personable and took care of all of our needs from a homeowners insurance, umbrella insurance, automobile insurance and including a motorcycle insurance policy.
She was very thorough and we felt that she made time for us to discuss and answer all of our questions. She took care of all of our insurance needs in a timely fashion.
When Jim and I walked out of the office we felt that we were part of their family.
AND they found out that I ended up in the hospital shortly after that visit for surgery and I received a beautiful get well card.
This is an insurance agency that WILL TAKE CARE of ALL your INSURANCE NEEDS!
I would recommend them very highly!
