  I can't say enough about Jeff Gotch as an insurance representative. Our home was destroyed by the 2019 flood and Jeff was helping us with our insurance needs within hours after the flood started.
  
  Jeff goes the extra mile for all of his clients. He even offered to help sandbag our levee.
  
  By far the best insurance representative I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.
  
  He treats his clients as friends and always has the time to listen to your needs.

  I love this office! Even though I am on the opposite side of town, I still choose to drive to this office because Jeff has been loyal to my family since 1997. Nathan in the front office is absolutely fanastic - friendly, caring, knowledgeable, determined, always willing to answer questions, and good with critical thinking when problems arise. Appreciate this team!

  Heathar and Susan are incredible workers and are always super friendly and nice to me. They always help me with any issue big or small, and I always get the feeling that they genuinely care about me.

  I have been a State Farm customer for the last 35 years. I saw many agents come and go. I have to say that all the State Farm agents I've dealt with were very good. However, the very best agent I've dealt with has been Jeff Gotch. You couldn't ask for a more enthusiastic, caring, knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, and detail oriented agent. When you call Jeff with an insurance question, he takes the time to make sure you understand the answer. He never says "I'll call you back with the answer" or "I'll research that and get back to you" because he always knows the answer. His answers to my questions have always been thorough and accurate. He takes the time to know his customers and goes the extra mile(s) to ensure their insurance needs are met. There is no question about it, Jeff is an outstanding agent.

  Undoubtedly, Jeff Gotch is the best insurance agent I have ever had in my life.
  (I am 70) He is enthusiastic, friendly, very thorough in covering all the details of our coverages, and he is as professional as they come. Recently, Jeff met with us to review our coverages and it reminded us of additional insurance we intended to add, but hadn't gotten around to, so we were able to add this as well. I heartily recommend Jeff as the man who can meet all your insurance needs. He is not "pushy," but will provide you with all the information you will need to make intelligent decisions about your insurance needs.
