Steve has served my mother's insurance needs for over 30 years and is always professional and caring.
We have known and purchased insurance from Steve Dodd at Farmers for over thirty-five years. He has always been there for us. During the Blair Hail Storm in 2013, the college world series was going to start, but he made sure that we had a rental car. We trust him and he treats us like friends and not just a number.
Steve is a very experienced and knowledgeable agent. We have used his services and the Farmers Insurance Group for over 30 years without any complaints. Recently when there was a change to my home coverage (specifically the roof / shingles) Steve called to explain what the change meant and as always gave me his advise and options. I made a simple change with Steve over the phone and it was done. A very short 6 weeks later we experienced a hail storm that caused significant damage to my roof. The changes we made during that phone call saved me significant $$$$$. Morale of the story, Steve looks out for his customers! You cannot go wrong with the combination of Steve and the Farmers Insurance Group!!
