  Mitch at Solid Ground Insurance is our agent and has been for about 5 years now, after getting referred to get a quote from him by a friend. At the time I was not interested in switching companies as I was happy with the place I had been using. After seeing the rates and services available I was won over and immediately switched to Solid Ground with Mitch as our agent. Over the years my wife and I have needed lots of miscellaneous documentation sent to various places/businesses and Mitch was always on top of getting the correct info to said businesses. (EVEN WHEN I REQUESTED THE WRONG INFO!!) A few years ago I was in an accident in town and it was my fault not only did mitch take my call immediately but he also made sure I knew exactly what to do next (while standing in the middle of hwy 2 rush hour traffic) This is how I know Mitch is a GREAT agent and Solid Ground Insurance is the best place for insurance. Since then we have bought our first home and now need new insurance policies. No suprise to me when that need came up it took very minimal effort from me to get it all going and Mitch took over and handled ALL of our needs immediately. (We called the day we needed coverage and documents sent for financing) No problems for Mitch as it was taken care of right away. Solid Ground Insurance is my vote for best place in Lincoln, NE for insurance.

  This is a excellent place to take care of all of your insurance needs. I have had my renters and auto policy with them for several years.
