(March 11, 2019, 4:34 pm)“ I've had Allstate insurance before but because I relocated to Nebraska from California I wanted to "price" the various products to see who was the most competitive. In the end Allstate won out again, but most importantly it was the effort and response from the office manager - Linda, that was most impressive. Not only was she attentive but incredibly informed and helpful. She just didn't follow-thru but she also "sold" me on the various benefits and differences between Allstate and the competing brands. None of the other companies put in nearly the effort that Linda did. It's that kind of service "to get my business" that gives my confidence that the same kind of service will be there "when I have a claim". Mike J. ”

(June 4, 2018, 3:03 pm)Efficient and answered all my questions. We also saved money by switching years ago and I like having a local agent. It's nice dealing with a local agency who gets things done promptly. I am glad I don't have to call customer service centers where things seem to fall through the cracks.
