Kevin and I have been a loyal customer to Vicky Elliott Insurance for over 25 years. I also worked for Vicky for over 20 years. Vicky Elliott is kind, compassionate, hard working, loyal, and will solve any problem you may have. She goes over above for all of her customers. Over the years I have watched her treat her customer like her family....going to countless weddings, baby showers, and funerals. She has a personal relationship with every single customer, this is why she has a retention level of 90%. If you become a customer you will continue to stay even with rate increases as you know your insurance needs will be met and taken care of with ease. When you walk through her office door you will be greeted by a smile, a warm cup of coffee and a listening ear to help you with any and all needs you may have....it feels like home the minute you walk in. I could continue to write all of the things I love about her the most but everyone who reads this shouldn’t take my word for it ...stop by for a smile, cup of coffee ,and any insurance needs you may have. I have had been with Vicky Elliott Insurance for about a year and a half. They have competitive prices compared to the three other insurance places I have got quotes from. They always answer my questions and get back to me very quickly. Believe me I can be a pain on wanting to know every detail of a coverage and other options I have. I would recommend them.
