She has gone out of her way to explain my policies and answer any questions I have had. When I was looking to move, she even went so far as to explain how my rates would change in different areas and helphe me make the best decision financially. I feel lucky to have found this gem of an agent.

(April 5, 2019, 2:38 pm)Scott goes out of his way to help his clients. My son was in an accident, and Scott saved me lots of money by recommending I file a claim. Jaime Richards is also 5 star plus. Scott does a great job as do all the people in his office. Highly recommended.

(February 27, 2019, 2:16 pm)The only reason that I gave a 4 instead of 5 star is because I have not bought coverage through them as I have an agent in a different part of town BUT, I have needed to have paperwork faxed to an out-of-area State Farm office on 2 occasions...the gentleman at the Holdridge office was very gracious & pleasant, treating me as if I was a "paying customer", not someone who was essentially asking a favor! The office decor is bright and pleasant, very clean & well cared for....they even have a drink station, offering coffee, etc., if you need to wait ( which I didn't.)
