  I have been with this state farm location for 11 years when I moved to Kansas City. I was so blessed to have been introduced to my agent Ian. He has personally made sure that my needs were met in car, home , and life insurance for my family. Ian has saved me money and knows how to navigate in saving me money. He is the reason that I am still with State Farm!!

  I am a newer client of State Farm who was referred to by my boyfriend. Ian the representative that has assisted me along the way has been amazing to work with. He is friendly, respectful and always makes me fee like a priority. I have spoke to Jeff once and he was also incredibly polite. I emailed the office over the weekend, and Jeff personally called me within minutes of my concern. The customer service I have received is astonishing. I am in finance for a living and send anyone and everyone I know to Jeff's office because of the customer service I get from them. I deal with other insurance companies often from a business standpoint, and sometimes they are not that pleasant to work with. I give Jeff's office a 5+ rating for quality service and great rates.

  Tanner took the time to review my current policy and go over the difference in coverage between his quote and my current one. After answering all my questions his quote was significantly less for the same policy. I still had a large savings when I followed his recommendations on increasing some coverage to better meet my needs. Personal service not a one size fits all approach.
