I have used Craig O'Keefe since first moving to Columbia in 1993, and have had excellent service through hat entire time. I have had a couple accidents and he has always been here to directly answer my questions and take care of everything I needed when I needed it. I highly recommend talking to him if you are considering switching agents or companies. He is a very down to earth guy who doesn't try to just up sell you on everything but he will let you know where your liabilities are and how to best cover them.
