  This agency always goes above and beyond for their customers. Recently, we had an auto incident and needed some assistance after hours. The agent left his home and went to the office to take care of us. This happened in less than 15 minutes. The staff is always professional and available. I highly recommend Jimmy Carr State Farm to anyone looking for new Insurance or to those looking to make a change to a new agency. A+ all the way.

  I love this office! My family has always used State Farm and since I got my own policies, I have been with this office. From first helping me understand what policy was right for me, thanks to Christopher, and when I’ve had to file claims with Anna Kathryn and Adam, they have all made sure to walk me step by step through the process. They not only made it super easy but they got things done so quickly. I had my car towed, at a body shop and was in a rental car within a couple of hours. Thanks guys!

  My family and I have been with State Farm in my hometown of Corinth for many years. When I was in Oxford while attending Ole Miss, Jimmy Carr and his team were extremely helpful in an auto claim that I had. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood how the process worked and that everything went to my liking. 5 stars truly aren't enough to describe my experience with this office! Highly recommend!
