(October 25, 2018, 11:53 am)Jess is our insurance man for years but he is so much more. He is a Certified Insurance Councillor and handles everything. We just went because my Medicare insurance plan needed to change. The State screwed with something they don't understand at the behest of their benefactors, the Insurance Lobby. Well, Jess had already done all the work of comparing what I had, what I needed and what was available so he could quickly suggest some new policies. He explained everything to my wife and me but I already knew I could trust Jess explicitly and I felt safe picking his top choice. Jess is a real friend!
(September 5, 2017, 2:09 pm)I've worked with him for the last 17 years. When I moved to MN I called around and he was the cheapest. I've had to work with him around several different policy issues and change of life needs and each time he has been very accommodating and willing to work with me.
The company as a whole has been very professional and able to work with me to resolve and address concerns. I would recommend them to anyone. When friends have pointed out that they got a new policy and they end up having a cheaper policy than what I have (usually not by a lot) I am able to contact Jess and get mine updated to be as cheap.
As with all things you are your own advocate. That said even if your not willing to do that you'll still get good affordable service from them. What more when you need it they are there for you.
