I had a great experience working with Dennis on multiple occasions. I initially reached out to Dennis after coming across his name online. I was in search of healthcare coverage and was losing hope as I diligently searched for someone to assist. Dennis responded to my e-mail request promptly and offered to set-up an appointment as soon as our schedules allowed. I had previously struggled with finding someone to take the time to meet with me. The day we met, Dennis was welcoming and took the time to learn about my situation, made some calls that needed to be made on my behalf, and he was able to get me set-up with a healthcare plan that day. A few months passed and I was accepted to school out-of-state. Because of this, I was uncertain what to do about my current healthcare coverage and the best options for me. The first thought that came to my mind was to reach out to Dennis. Again, he was incredibly helpful, explained my options, and took the time to help me out. I am so appreciative of Dennis and all he has done to help me. Healthcare as a whole is complex. Working with Dennis made my experiences as seamless as possible.

Dennis and Sylvia have gone out of their way to help me with my insurance needs. When I didn’t turn in a form to Mncare they went out of their way to talk to Mncare and get me a lower monthly rate. Thanks to them I have health insurance I can afford.
