  In three separate phone conversations, Sally Mamola provided a thorough and professional analysis of our insurance coverage, which included homeowners, auto, boat owners, excess liability and personal articles coverage. This extensive review not only increased our coverage to reflect improvements we have made on our home, but with her extensive knowledge she directed us to several discounts available to us that actually REDUCED our monthly premiums despite significant increases in coverage. I commend Sally for her work and highly recommend the Charlson agency and State Farm.

  Staff is friendly. I sat down with Mike Casey to get a policy estimate on a new car I was looking to purchase and he did it right there on the spot. Explained policy information in easy-to-understand terms. Very knowledgeable. He was flexible in working with me, gave me different estimate options, so that I can choose one that meets my needs and/or feel comfortable with.
