(June 2, 2019, 10:19 pm)I just had a car accident at 7:00 on a Sunday night. I called the office, routed to the 24 hour customer service line. They were great. Then low and behold, 20 minutes later, Will calls me to check in. Service is amazing good but more than the service is the fact that he truly cares. It's nice to have someone on my side. If you are shopping for insurance, I highly recommend Will and his team.
(April 18, 2019, 3:04 pm)We had a apartment fire, fairly severe. Will was amazing. The process was unfamiliar and new to us. Fortunately we were able to salvage a lot of or things and we were all safe but American Family was great to us. Prior to switching my insurance I didn't have renter's insurance and Will convinced me to get it. We are very thankful we did.
