(May 14, 2015, 9:47 pm)Eagle Point Insurance Group is a really great group of people to take care of any insurance needs! I have used their agency for years and honestly have not had ONE SINGLE PROBLEM!!! A few years back I was offered a deal on my insurance rate that sounded great. The promise was lower rates and I could expect the same level of service, Well, it ended up turning into a nightmare. I felt like the larger insurance agency saw me as just a number. That is in stark contrast to the personal touch and immediate response that I had taken for granite with Jeff Zignego and ALL of his great staff!
