  Dustin and his crew are awesome! I have been with them since I started driving (20 years) and they truly feel like part of my family! They are friendly and welcoming. Sometimes I go there just to say hi! They make you feel like you are part of their family and friends as well! Thank you all for keeping the small town feel alive.   I worked with Nathan to get started with State Farm a few years ago and have spent the past few years working with Lori. She has been able to answer all of my questions immediately. She even answered at 9 pm on a Thursday night when i had minor water damage and was happy to help. I recently had to file a claim with State farm and got amazing assistance from Eve! I made a phone call, she didn't have the answer but found out within 30 minutes and called me back as promised. She then stayed on the phone me into the claim center to open the claim. I had received payment on my claim within 24 hours! Overall the experience with Dustin's State Farm team has been top notch! 10/10 would recommend to family and friends!

  We highly recommend Dustin and his staff at State Farm in Cold Spring! They always great us by name with a warm welcome and big smile. Even when we see them in the community, they great us by name and genuinely ask how we are. They treat us like family. They have been very helpful with all our insurance needs and more.   I switched from another insurer last month. Nate took as much of the transition work off of me and made calls on my behalf if I didn't have all the correct information. Overall switch to State Farm was very easy and FAST. Email questions are answered promptly. I saved 36% from my other insurer AND I have better/more coverage. My first month experience couldn't be better. The person who referred me to the agency said their claims process went well and "they couldn't recommend them enough".

  We chose Dustin as our local State Farm agent after moving to Minnesota. We have had State Farm insurance for 30 some years. Dustin and his staff have been the best!!! Always answering all our questions quickly or reaching out to State Farm and getting answers or getting anything handled instead of just leaving it to us to take care of. State Farm has also always been there for us when ever we needed them. Always coming thru quickly and never excuses or neglecting us. My uncle once told me “State Farm isn’t always the cheapest, but they are always there for you without problems and excuses ”. State Farm is very competitive with their rates, especially when you get +A service and coverage. Dustin/State Farm has all of our insurance (car, home and life). Dustin did a review all of our needs and possible liabilities shortly after we came to his agency. It’s surprising what You don’t consider, some coverages are really low cost compared to how you could be impacted without them! We highly recommend Dustin and his staff to serve all your insurance needs!
