Not only did she take her personal time on a Saturday to direct me as what to do, she immeasurably took the necessary steps first thing that following Monday. I am grateful for the personal touch to her customer service!
(June 5, 2019, 7:12 pm)I love our local MidCountry Bank! Every time we go in we are greeted by name. Every question or issue that has come up in the last 20 years has been handled immediately and efficiently. Any delays were checked on daily and updates were made to us by a personal phone call.
