  I recently had to file a claim as I swiped another persons truck with my pontoon trailer. Tim, my agent at Farmers jumped right on it and filed a claim, an adjuster called the other person and took care of the damage.
  Because Farmers has accident forgiveness, it will not cost me anything and my rates will not increase!
  Several years ago, i broke my back windshield. The glass was replace that afternoon (at my home) and because Farmers covers free glass replacement, again no cost to me and no rate increase! Sweet!

  Tim Whitcomb owner of Whitcomb’s Farmers Agency in Shakopee is our insurance agent. He and his team are always there for us; goes the extra mile for his clients and the service they provide is above and beyond other insurance agencies. Tim Whitcomb’s Farmers Insurance Agency provided us with an excellent experience from the very beginning to the very end on two separate claims. No headaches, no frustrations; we were very well taken care of during both of our claims. We totaled one of our automobiles and had hail damage on the roof and siding of our home. Farmers handled both events with very prompt attention, professionalism, easy assessability to the claims adjuster who was very thorough in explaining the process, answering our questions, and always got back to us quickly if we had a question. The prices Farmers gave us for our car and our roof /siding were very fair. For both of our claims we were very happy we had Farmers Insurance when dealing with what could be stressful situations. I would highly recommend Whitcomb’s Farmers Agency in Shakopee. They will not disappoint you.

  First off the agents did an amazing job helping me today. I had a whole pile of issues before I went to farmers insurance today but the agent I saw today resolved all my problems with my insurance instead of doing it over the phone. Super nice and very knowledgeable staff answered all my questions fixed all of my issues. This was the best experience I have ever had with any insurance company. Definitely recomend
