  Sarah Jerry took my call this morning (4/7/16) to get my claim started. Within the hour I had an email telling me what she had done so far. I had a claim number and contact information for the Claim Rep with info on when to be expecting a call. So far, so good! Thanks for your prompt attention and follow up.

  My experience with agent Sarah Jerry was very good. She was very thorough in explaining what she would do and then she followed up on her plan. She commuicated via phone as well as email so that I was completely at ease through the entire process from filing my claim to the getting my vehicle repaired. She's aces in my book.   I called. Sarah Jerry answered. She was efficient during my call and friendly. At some point she needed to call North Star for clarification of a billing/payment question. Within minutes she called me back with the answer. She took my payment over the phone and followed up with an email shortly thereafter explaining how I can do the payment online next time if I wished. She thanked me over the phone and when the call was over, I had the impression that they appreciated my business.
