Everyone in the office is friendly and more than willing to to out of their way to help with any of their customers needs and questions. We were with another company up until 2 yrs ago, when we switched to State Farm, and it's been for the best. Great customer service!

(August 18, 2018, 5:45 pm)Tracy and his team are great! I got into an accident a year ago. When that happens you always worry if the insurance company is going to try and cheat you out of your policy. The way that Tracy and his team handled it was amazing. I felt completely calm and like everything was under control. They quickly made a decision on my vehicle (it was totalled) and then they immediately sent me a check for what the car was worth. The amount that they sent was fair and even a little generous and I was back to normal quickly. They are a bit more on the expensive side... but the care, coverage, personal attention, and security I get through them is worth it. You can pay for a cheap plan but then you will always worry about what happens when an accident does happen. These guys are a top-notch insurance company that are just as kind selling you insurance as they are covering you when something goes bad.
