  Ben Leach was very supportive during the course of our 2017 insurance claim. He was thorough in his explaination of the claim process and readily available when questions arose. We were satisfied in the final outcome of the repairs and grateful that we had Ben as our agent.

  My husband and I have worked with Ben for almost 10 years for all of our insurance needs.
  He is available whenever we need him no matter what the circumstances are. He never makes me feel like my questions are not important or that he doesn't have time for me. We have three boys who drive and not always well. He always makes sure our needs are handled with the best and quickest solution in a professional manner. I always feel like he has our best interest at heart. He also makes sure we are not over paying on polices and helps us come up with solutions that work for our family's needs. There is no one else I would trust with something as important as our insurance needs. He is the best agent we have ever had.

  We started with Farmers in 2012 and Ben has been our agent ever since. He is always there to assist and answer questions when we need them.
  We had some significant ice dam damage and Ben made sure that we were taken care of. We didn't need to worry about whether or not the repairs would be covered. We had confidence that when arrangements were made, he would represent our best interests.
  Ben's agency annually checks in with me to see if there are any changes that would affect our coverage needs.
  I would recommend his agency and Farmers Insurance for their exceptional quality and customer service.
